Skrining Kesehatan Mental Menggunakan Skala Depresi, Kecemasan, dan Stres (Dass-42): A Cross-Sectional Study Pada Website “PEDULIJIWA.COM”

Abstract


Pandemi Covid-19menyebabkan berbagai respon dari masyarakat dan menimbulkan masalah psikososial. Penelitian ini pentng dilakukan karena penyebaran virus masih terjadi sampai saat ini, yang mempengaruhi kondisi fisik maupun psikologis sehingga dapat menimbulkan gejala gangguan mental. Deteksi dini diperlukan untuk mencegah dan mengatasi gangguan mental secara cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi gangguan kecemasan, stress, dan depresi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional kuesioner menggunakan website dengan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 324 sampel partisipan yang mengisi website. Kesehatan jiwa dinilai menggunakan Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42).Stress terdeteksi sebagai prevalensi tertinggi (66%) yang diikuti oleh depresi (60,2%), dan Kecemasan (47,5%). Penilaian Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS)-42terdeteksi bahwa gangguan kecemasan, stress dan depresi dalam kategori sedang. Studi ini mendeteksi prevalensi yang tinggi dari stress, depresi dan kecemasan. Studilebih lanjut bisa dilakukan untuk identifikasi factor-faktor terkait dengan skor DASS-42 secara rinci dan layanan konseling perlu tersedia, dapat di akses oleh responden.
