Pengaruh Animal-Assisted Therapy Terhadap Tingkat Stres : Literature Review

Abstract


Stres merupakan respon seseorang terhadap suatu ketegangan. Respon stres dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek sepertirespon psikologis,fisiologis, kognitif, dan tingkah laku. Respon psikologis terkait dengan emosi seperti mudah marah, sedih dan tersinggung. Stres banyak dijumpai setiap saat terlebih lagi di saat pandemi misalnya stres akibat PHK,lockdown, sekolah daring dan lain-lain. Animal assisted therapy adalah salah satu cara utuk mengurangi stres yaitu dengan berinteraksi dengan hewan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh animal assisted therapy terhadap stres dengan menggunakan desain literatur review.Data yang diperoleh berasal dari Pubmed, Google scholar, Research Gate, Sage Pub, Science Direct, Library Journal,Taylor and francis, dan Springer Link. Jurnal yang didapatkan berupa 8 jurnal yang terdiri dari 6 jurnal internasional dan 2 jurnal nasional yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil telaah didapatkan hasil bahwa animal assisted therapy berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat stres yang signifikan
