FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEGAGALAN PROSEDUR PLASMAFERESIS PADA PENDONOR PLASMA KONVALESEN DI UTD PMI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penggunaan Plasma Covid-19 pertama kali dilakukan untuk pengobatan pasien COVID-19 di China. Meskipun belum ada data pasti, namun berdasarkan peningkatan kasus sembuh, menumbuhkan harapan baru untuk didapatkannya antibodi yang terdapat di dalam plasma konvalesen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan prosedur plasmaferesis pada pendonor plasma konvalesen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif frekuentif. Populasi penelitian semua pendonor plasma konvalesen selama dilakukan penelitian dan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 38 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan formulir pencatatan yang dirancang sesuai tujuan penelitian dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif frekuentif. Hasil penelitian, dari 38 sampel terdapat 50% calon pendonor dapat diambil plasma konvalesen, namun 50% mengalami kegagalan. Faktor penyebab kegagalan mayoritas disebabkan oleh karena titer antibody yang kurang dari 80.
